This involves looking at your savings, getting pre-approved for a mortgage, and factoring in additional costs like closing fees. 🏡 Start your Home search! Define Your Needs and Wants: Make a list of your non-negotiables and your nice-to-haves. Research Neighborhoods. Richmond specifically, offers a wide range of neighborhoods, each with its own unique charm. Wherever you are moving to, consider proximity to work, schools, and amenities that matter most to you.
