Its a well-established neighborhood conveniently located just off the Powhite Parkway and within a couple minutes of Richmond city which makes commuting a breeze! Bon Air is bordered by the Westover Hills and Stratford Hill neighborhoods, which sit along the banks of the James River. If you are a water lover- moving to Bon Air will give you easy tubing and kayaking access!

If you are interested in purchasing a home in Bon Air, it is good to know the homes are comprised of larger lots with mature trees, and offer a lot of ranchers and tri-level homes between the $400k-$600ks. This area is fairly hilly so if you want to run around your neighborhood, be prepared for hills! Bon Air is also home to a lot of families with pets!
